Surrey Guild of Craftsmen present Gifted in Guildford for Christmas 2017
Once again, members of Surrey Guild of Craftsmen have joined together to present Gifted in Guildford, showcasing a wide range of media and at prices to suit all pockets. With jewellery, porcelain, textiles, glass, wood, and even kaleidoscopes, there is so much to tempt buyers, whether for themselves or for lucky friends and family. The Gifted in Guildford pop-up shop will be open throughout December, while Guildford House is open.

Jewellers include Jackie Fairs, Gabriella Sellors and Caroline Wiltshire, and polymer clay artist Ruth Winchester has colourful jewellery as well as homewares. There are beautiful turned wood pieces from Gregory Moreton and Andrew Poder's boxes appeal to collectors. Textile artists include weavers Caroline Wallis and Jo Aylwin, quilter Louise Bell and machine embroidery from Fee Fraser. Nancy Shafee produces felted items, coiled baskets and bas relief plaster plaques and Jane Drown and Alan Wallis showcase widely different styles of work in clay. Phaedra Menas again brings her leatherwork in myriad colours of butter-soft leather, and Frank Higgins' kaledoscopes are everyone's dream of a truly unique gift.
