We are committed to protecting your personal information and being transparent about what information we hold about you.
Your personal information helps us to understand our customers and provide you with relevant information about the work that we do and the information we share with you both online and at our events.
We use your information in accordance with all current laws concerning the protection of personal information and as these may change from time to time, so will this policy.
The information we gather & how it is used
If you have asked to join our mailing list we retain a note of the information you have given to us purely for this purpose – this is usually your name and email address, but may also include additional information such as your postal address and telephone number.
You may ask us to remove your details from our mailing list at any time.
We are required by law to keep a record of purchases in our gallery for accounting purposes.
We do not keep your contact details if you have merely made a one-off enquiry about the work of a member. However, we may share your contact details with one of our members if it is necessary to answer a query you have made for a service or purchase. You will be made aware of this at the time of enquiry.
Unless required to do so for legal reasons (for example to government bodies and law enforcement agencies), we will not share your details with any other person or business.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are automatically placed onto your device by some websites when you visit. These are widely used to allow a website to function as well to provide website operators with information on how the site is being used.
The cookies we use don’t store sensitive information such as your name, address or payment details and they can't harm your computer.
The information stored within any given cookie can only be accessed by the website that created it and cookies are limited to communicating only the information that you have disclosed to the site.

Your debit and credit card information
We are required by law to keep records of all transactions (purchases and refunds) in our gallery for accounting purposes, irrespective of the method by which the payment is made. We have put in place physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard all such records.
Any purchase with a card is carried out securely and in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
We do not store your card details to use in a future transaction. We do not store your security code.
Security of your personal information
We undertake to keep your personal information as secure as possible. We will ensure that any third parties we use for processing your personal information do the same.
Your rights to your personal information
You have a right to request a copy of the personal information that we hold about you and to have any inaccuracies in this data corrected or to have it removed completely. Please use the contact details at the end of this policy if you would like to exercise this right.
