Sheena Bond

Discipline: Ceramics

Studying Three Dimensional Design (Ceramics) at Farnham University for the Creative Arts, Sheena graduated in 2012. She won an award for excellence from the Society of Designer Craftsmen for her graduation piece 'Quantitative Easing' which was inspired by the Global Economic Crisis triggered in 2008.  Working with both digital technology and hand screen printing, Sheena continues to explore surface and texture. Since graduating Sheena has shared studio space at The Sorting Office Studios in Hampshire, and latterly as an Artist@318 which is within The Farnham Pottery. Most recently however, she has chosen to return to her garden studio where she can keep an eye on the youngest member of the family, Jasper who is a beautiful black Sprocker puppy.
