THE SURREY GUILD OF CRAFTSMEN ('we' or 'us') collect, use and are responsible for storing certain personal information about you. a. Personal information you provide to us

We collect the following personal information that you provide to us:  your name, email address, postal delivery address (and name of recipient if different from yours), billing address, what you purchase. This includes when making purchases or replying to email enquiries.

b. Monitoring and recording communications

We will read and retain emails communications such as emails and telephone calls for the following purposes:  purchasing, delivery and return of goods.

We collect information about our users to process your orders, and if you have opted into our mailing list to receive up-to-date information about our organisation..

This is to enable us to communicate with you, process your payment, keep you informed of the progress of your order, and/or follow up after delivery.

We will hold your personal information for 6 years to satisfy UK tax law.

The legitimate interest relied upon is to process orders for goods.

From time to time we may also have other methods to unsubscribe (opt-out) from any direct marketing including for example, unsubscribe buttons or web links. If such are offered, please note that there may be some period after selecting to unsubscribe in which marketing may still be received while your request is being processed.
