Named for the image form, which consists of multiple side-by-side repeats. This is an unusual palmtop-sized ‘scope (15cm) in blue opal iridescent glass, with a cage-mounted capstan-style tumblechamber. As with all tumblescopes, the image will never repeat once the contents of the chamber have tumbled.

Frank Higgins runs the UK’s only studio dedicated to the design and creation of “serious” kaleidoscopes, bringing twenty years of experience in glasswork to bear in developing this unique craft. Frank’s work is collected worldwide and won awards at the International exhibition “Kaleidoscopes – 200 years”.
